R & D strength

The total construction area of the technology center is 1450m, of which: office area: 850m', testing and laboratory area 600m, the center has international advanced testing and analysis equipment such as material composition analysis, physical performance testing, material microstructure evaluation, etc., with perfect technical process Research and new product development conditions, and provide sufficient and stable funding guarantees for the development of the R&D center (annual R&D investment accounts for more than 5% of sales revenue).

The team of academicians and experts has a total of 4 members, including 1 academician of the National Academy of Engineering of Ukraine, 2 doctors of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Two postdoctoral fellows from overseas returnees introduced by the country, and a total of 38 full-time R&D personnel in the center, including 2 with a doctoral degree and a bachelor's degree. There are 12 people with academic qualifications and 25 people with college degrees. In addition, the group also actively cooperates with other universities and research institutes in terms of technological innovation, making full use of the technical resources of their professional institutions, and at the same time promoting the rapid transformation of high-end technologies in the industry into actual productivity. At present, it has established long-term R&D cooperation with Shanghai University of Engineering Technology and relevant research institutions in Ukraine, with complementary advantages and resource sharing.

The technology center is at the leading level in the domestic industry in terms of software and hardware, innovation management, talent echelon, technology research and development capabilities, and achievement transformation. At present, the factory's products have been granted a total of 35 patents, including 17 invention patents and 18 utility model patents. 1 foreign invention patent and 8 domestic invention patents that have been declared and received a notice of acceptance. A total of 15 provincial-level scientific and technological achievements have been registered; 2 county-level scientific and technological progress awards; more than 10 papers have been published in domestic industry core journals.
